I made an appointment online today and I waited in the store. After 2 hours, I asked if there was a problem and they answered (in a very rude way) if I had a problem. Of course I had it!! You saw me waiting for 2 hours in front of you, just to let me know that I had 7 cars in front of me. I made and appointment online just to avoid this waiting time.
