I purchased 4 over priced tires. Two days later I found out that it was buy 3 get 1 free, this was not disclosed at the time of the purchase, but I feel they thought they could get over on a women customer. When I contacted their corporate office, they actually laughed at me and berated me. When I stated I would contact better business bureau, the customer service rep., Chris Johnson, laughed again and stated he has to deal with them all of the time. If you're in need of a 4-wheel alignment, these guys do a great job. Very professional and reasonably priced. I can't say enough about the professionalism that the staff exemplified during the alignment of my car.
