A mixed review. We got good and prompt service on new tires, brake pads, and alignment. BUT: I brought the car to this Mr. Tire for new tires, coming directly from getting an oil change at the Jiffy Lube right next door. The fresh oil did not have even a single mile on it. The mechanic calls me and says that I also need new brake pads, plus my oil is dirty and I need an oil change, which is absurd.
