Absolutely horrible. They lost one of my wheel lug nuts. I called them back and they said there were no notes by the technician, so I can stop by and talk to the manager. Five minutes later they called back and now a note from the technician had magically appeared saying there was a missing lug nut. When I asked why wasn't this noted and communicated they said, "because lug nuts are not a big deal." 5 STARS?! why can’t i give them six lol. No really thank you again Mario at the front desk for being so helpful and kind! I got a flat and needed a new tire on the fly and luckily they had my size in stock and had it changed in under an hour! I also heard him be patient with another customer before me which eased my stress when speaking with him. THANKS AGAIN.
