Cheating is very common here ! – Bought 2 brand new Kumoho tires and also did an ALL WHEEL alignment at Tire king in Morrisville. This was back in Feb. 2011. Just 7 months later (@ 10,000 miles) my car FAILED NC state inspection owing to worn out front tires! Can you believe that? Average car tires definitely have a life span much more than 10,000 miles or 7 months! Who on earth is going to trust these guys? Not me! Stay away, you have been WARNED!
Watch your wallet – I went to Tire King in Morrisville because I had a flat tire. Just 2 months before I bought 4 brand new tires from them totaling over $460! I even purchased road hazard on all 4 tires. When I walked in I explain that I had a flat tire and had purchased road hazard so I needed my tire to be replaced. The manager proceeded to tell me that they would patch it up free of charge. I explained that it could not be patched up because the blowout was on the side of the tire, not in the tread. I trust them implicitly. – Let's face it, auto repairs are very expensive and problems can be as difficult to diagnose as an illness. I've found this shop to be very patient and thorough and have explained necessary repairs without industry jargon or apparent padding of the bill. I've never felt that they were more interested in making a quick buck from me than in building a good client relationship between us.
Warning: Lack of Integrity – Be very careful about trusting this place to work on your car. Only 3 weeks after they serviced my A/C, no more cold air was being produced. When I had them check the car again, they found a leak, and admitted the leak had to be there when they last serviced it. They made absolutely no concession to the fact that they failed to diagnose the original problem the first time, and ended up charging me a second time for the same service.
