I had my vehicle inspection done at Mr. Tire and the service was great! The staff were polite, quick, and made the process easy.
Went here to get Pittman arm and shocks replaced on my Jeep. I got there for my 11:30 appointment and left after 2. They told me they couldn't get the old Pittman arm off and that I need a new gear box. Then they said the shocks I bought aren't for my specific vehicle. I was there almost 3 hours and they did nothing but mess around under the hood. I took it to another garage where they replaced my Pittman arm no problem. They said the mechanic at Mr. Tire tried to cut the old one off (incorrect way to remove a Pittman arm). ... read more
