Great customer service and quick service
I am writing to formally dispute the $129.99 diagnostic charge from my recent service visit. I scheduled the appointment because my car would not start. Upon arrival, I informed your employee that I had already identified the issue and simply needed the battery replaced. I noted that the vehicle was under warranty and asked for the cost of the replacement. Instead of providing a price, the employee asked if they should check the battery. In the middle of a storm I stopped in to get new wiper blades put on ..A very Nice and attractive young man named Kyle put wipers on my car ..I was in and out very quick
Mechanically, service performed was excellent. Overall feel the total price ( $1,000 ) was a little overpriced for having had PA inspection and some brake work done.
