I desperately needed tires and brakes replaced on my car and didnt have the money to do it right now. They were able to do a line of credit to rent to own them, only did what absolutely needed to be done and fixed my car less than 15 hours after I called, only 3 hours in the shop and I was out the door with a safe to drive car. Thank God for Mr Tire and their team here! Everyone was thoughtful and respectful. Thank you so much!! Life savers :)

I had an appointment at 9, they did not take my truck back until 9:40 and said it works take 30 you 45 minutes. And hour later I asked what was going on and they said they were busy and not able to get to my car yet. Had I known that, I could have left my cat, but they did not bother to communicate to me so I missed a very important meeting. Just rude and unprofessional.

I disputed the $124.99 diagnostic charge from my recent service visit and spoke to a representative. I was told I would receive a follow up call, which never occurred. I scheduled the appointment because my car would not start. Upon arrival, I informed your employee that I had already identified the issue and simply needed the battery replaced.
