I wouldn't give this store or this company the time of day ever again. I went in for an oil change and the tech broke my key and now they tell me that It is my problem.
Special ordered a tire and was told they could put it on. Then when the tire arrived I had to come back 3 times in a week to excuses why they had not put the tire on the vehicle. The third time they offered take me to another Mr. Tire to get it done, but they couldn't without adding additional charges/costs. Then I went back to the original location to request a refund they said they could not do so. Please don't waste your time.
I am a resident of Hancock, MD. RIP-OFF! I dropped my car off for 4 new tires and to check my brakes. I know nothing about cars, $1700 later I was warned that my tires may hum for a little while till they break in. Humming never went away so I took it back and now I have a popped bearing that "wasnt popped before" and they want over $500 to fix, yet my car never had a problem or sound before it was there! AVOID this shop at all costs!!!!
The price for 4 tires was decent, but the rest of what they quoted me was pretty steep. This is on a 2000 Mustang. $700 for a front brake job? (Replacing 1 rotor) & they refused to write out the estimate $500 labor to replace the plugs belts & hoses? $400 labot to replace the shocks and struts? & a lot of other stuff that they said amounted to over $3,000, but my mechanic friend says all I truly need are brake pads & a rear pinion seal, around a hundred bucks parts and 3-4 hours or so for him to do it in his driveway.
