I still give a one star review it took you 9 months to even acknowledge my review. You call that working diligently? I paid $50 for a used tire. Your tech/store manager did not even let me know it was the wrong size. I noticed after driving down the road that my car was slanted and then your tech/shop manager tried to tell me he told me it was the wrong size and offered to replace it the next day when the new shipment came in. January 22 I came here with 2 tires for them to put on for me and 2 days later my tire flew off going on telegraph rd checked the other tire they put in and all of the lug nuts were extremely loose thanks a lot Mr.Tire I will take my business else where! I could have got into an accident!
I took my car in for a slow leak in the tire and they had it fixed and ready in under a half hour. Good prices, fast service and polite.
I've already been here several few times throughout the last four years. Hadn't had a bad experience or bad interaction with the people. Thank you for being professional and quick in all time and for the two new tires (came in around 8:40 AM, 01/17/25)especially for the right rear one as the tire pressure in it kept slowly deflating. Keep up the good work.🫡👍
