Diego was very pleasant to work with. He is ambitious and does quality work at the same time. The crews he has working for him are very friendly and also does nice work. He gets the job done when he says he will and doesn't try to cut corners on anything. He delivers with excellence and professionalism. Unsafe drivers. At 5:40PM a truck marked with your logo was barreling out of the storage units on 228th in Bothell and did not look both ways and nearly hit a pedestrian. The driver was oblivious and reckless with your company vehicle.

Great quality at a very reasonable price. We were so happy with our master bathroom remodel that we did our guest bathroom right after. Mr Tile and crew achieved our design aspirations while working within our timeframe and budget - very uncommon in today's market. They kept on schedule and budget despite unexpected events like needing to repair our subfloor and were very respectful of our noise and cleanliness constraints for our newborn. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately there were some obstacles that occurred during our installation. The tile went in beautifully, but when the shower door was getting put in, it had broken. This left pieces of glass everywhere. That glass was then tracked into other rooms of my house. That became dangerous. Diego acted quickly. He sent cleaners to my house, ordered a glass replacement, and continued to check in on us. Diego handled this situation with integrity and urgency.
