I have engaged with Amir and his team on several infractions as I drive a lot, passing various speed traps in different counties, and each time Amir was able to get them dismissed/the points off. Because of a traffic ticket, they charged me their legal fees and then asked for extra money for the case. I was told this money would be refunded to me once the case was over. It’s been over six months since the case was closed, and I still haven’t gotten my money back. Every time I call, they say they’ll contact the court and request it. Even though months have passed, they’re just brushing me off and stalling. I noticed they had entered my old address into the system.
