I had Mr Tankless replace two 40 gallon water heaters with one tankless water heater. He was very responsive by text and took time to explain the whole process and how it works. He was able to get me in the day after he came out to give me a quote. The installation was quick and painless and everything has worked perfectly since. Pricing was slightly better than a couple other quotes I was given and right in the ballpark of what I was expecting. No complaints!
The team at Mr. Tankless did an outstanding professional job! We had 2 Rinnai tankless water heaters with issues that were having error codes and previous plumbers were unable to resolve issues and get waters heaters working.
