We noticed that our shower wasn't heating up as fast as it previously did. I called around and noticed all of the positive reviews for Mr Tankless. Bob was super responsive and was able to take a look at our tankless water heater the next day. They quickly found the issue, had the part (check valve) in the truck and was able to get us fixed up in no time. Bob was very responsive and came out to service what we thought was our water heater. He quickly diagnosed what Turned out to be an electrical issue. He is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and would highly recommend Mr tankless.
Mr. Tankless was fantastic to work with! They were extremely knowledgeable about my Navien exterior water heater and were able to schedule a service quickly. The technician diagnosed the issue and had it up and running again in no time. Their professionalism and expertise really stood out.
