Mr. Tankless was fantastic to work with! They were extremely knowledgeable about my Navien exterior water heater and were able to schedule a service quickly. The technician diagnosed the issue and had it up and running again in no time. Their professionalism and expertise really stood out. The plumbers are responsive and helpful but their pricing on parts should be checked against wholesalers and online.
After researching and weighing out the pros / cons of converting from tank to tankless water heater - we made the decision to go tankless. There's a lot of information out there and companies that promote installing tankless water heaters so, being diligent, I spoke with and got cost estimates from quite a few companies.
