This was the first time we ate at this particular establishment on Southdale Rd. and I have to say it was a disappointing experience all the way around. The one counter staff seemed clueless as to what was offered in the store and seemed to lack not only training but enthusiasm or at the very least a sense of professionalism. The food products we ordered (three) were sloppily put together, the bread did not taste fresh and the ingredients in the sandwiches were in paltry amounts, to say the least.
