I had a water heater replaced at my condo after a wrong water heater was previously installed by a different company. Jon came and explained everything that needed to be done and why certain components in my water heater closet needed to be replaced so I was fully aware of any and all issues. These guys were real jerks. 1. I spoke to an elderly gentleman to schedule an appointment for our broken AC (which of course you never discover until you really need it). During this call, I very clearly explained how to use the door code as we weren’t able to be home during the apt. The gentleman I spoke to even repeated it back to me accurately. Apparently either typing in codes on a door lock was too difficult a task to muster or the message on how to use it properly was not given to the serviceman they sent for the repai... read more

Worked with John at Stride. I had a great experience with him and the company. John came out to the house the same day we called since we had heating issues in the middle of the coldest week of the year. He was very nice and made sure I understood the issues and then he even got in touch with my homeowner himself to update her. He was very knowledgeable about the space and answered any questions I had. He followed up as well. Highly recommend John and Stride.

Simply the best. Stride has been dong HVAC and work for me since the 1990s, when they were the only ones who would take on a difficult job nobody else wanted, replacing a furnace in a tiny utility closet in my condo. They did a superb job then and I've used them since many times, including to replace the furnace and air conditioner in my house, putting baseboard heating in my sunroom, and the like. It's always a pleasure to deal with them and their work is really high quality.

A/C went out late friday night I called and left a message around 9 pm same night, upon waking up I had a missed call and voice mail from stride, they sent a technician over within an hour of calling them back! They do not charge an extra weekend or emergency fee as Ive gotten in the past from our old hvac guys. The service was great and fast and they had my ac back on and running for less than $150.00 I will ALWAYS call m.r. stride from here on and will definately recommend them to all my friends and family in the area! :)
