I am very impressed at the difference in the atmosphere at this location since it became and Extra Space Storage. Brandy and all of the other employees at this location have never left me less than amazed at the lengths they go for their customers. I have watched Brandy deal with some of the most difficult people and never waiver from her professional and devoted demeanor. Very user friendly website, everyone has been very knowledgeable and courteous. Jamie has great customer service skills and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I highly recommend the service.
Staff was amazing, and the location was clean. Storage worked well for us. Only issue is security - they've had a number of issues with gates/doors, and the facility is more "open" than I'd prefer.
They decided to double the monthly rate and told me "the system did it" and that's just the way it is. They helped me into my unit when my key was lost. Staff is really nice. Nothing against them. Just don't appreciate doubling the monthly rate.
Brandy is beyond amazing! She always goes above and beyond with the level of service she provides!!!! I'm never rushed, quality time is given with each call and face to face interactions. Brandy exudes nothing but grace and kindness and truly cares about her customers! Extra Space Storage is the only Storage Rental Service I would ever consider using!
