Terri and Charlie were absolutely phenomenal. Terri took me twice throughout the property to check different units and went above and beyond. Charlie answered all the questions I needed. They are very professional and welcoming! I checked out many places and the one reason I came and picked this location was because of Terri! Such a great team and I look forward to working with them! They need to recognized for their hard work!
Working with Terri and Jamie was easy and efficient. The process was simple and seamless. Both were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. A great experience so far.
Great service and facility. Clean lot and lockers, well lit and safe. Terri and Heather are attentive and helpful, a pleasure to work with!
Highly recommend this company for all your storage needs and definitely this location. The office staff (Terri and Heather) are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Terri personally walked us around to see three different units and helped us decide what would work best for us. The units are also very clean, secure, and safe!
