Highly disappointed with my experiences here. When we had originally decided to go with Mr. Storage, we thought we’d struck gold as, at that time, it was the only available parking space and larger unit in the area. As months passed though, we were continually struck with roadblock after roadblock. ⸻ ZERO STARS – Worst Storage Facility We’ve Used in 10 Years! Mr. Storage has been the most unprofessional and poorly managed facility we’ve encountered. If I could give zero stars, I would. The front gate is broken at least 15 days out of the month, making access a constant hassle and a security concern. A lawn care business operates from this location, constantly blocking driveways and driving recklessly through the facility. They claimed I never signed a lease, so charged me an extra $50. I got my things out of their unit within days and canceled the contract they said I didn't have.
