Great facility! Small business family owned, no call centers answering your call. Amy was great! She helped me find the right sized unit for my stuff. They also have U-hauls you can rent.
I was a customer at Mr. Storage UNCC Harrisburg for about 5 years, and this place does not deserve loyal customers. The only reason I stayed was because the parking was slightly cheaper, but now I understand why. The property has potholes all over the lot, the gate access is unreliable, and the customer service is extremely poor. There were several times over multiple months where I had gate codes and still could not access my work van.
