I've been with My place Storage for awhile and at first it was great. I had an issue with my latch when it was super cold and the lady in the office helped me fix it right away. But the last like 3-4 months the gate has been wide open. I'm paying for security yet it's not secure anymore. Anyone can just drive in and out. I'm not sure why it's just held open but if it was broken that should have been fixed right away. I really dont want to move my stuff out but I may have too just to make sure my items are actually secure.
