Willing to help a guy in a jam – My sunroof jammed open over the weekend and no one in the bay area would see me without scheduling an appointment a couple days in advance. When I called Len he told me to come in and he would take a look at it even though he was busy. He fixed the problem and made it so my expensive stereo and components were safe from the crackheads.
