They were very prompt to provide a service but the person who came to clean did a very poor job. First, he mentioned that basic cleaning will not do any good and said only deep cleaning will help so as to remove stains and jacked up the prices. Second, when he actually did the job, there was hardly any improvement. He just did a simple clean that took less than 30 min and not even patient to wait for me to come and check. I will never recommend these carpet cleaners to anyone!
