I stopped last night to get a toughness car wash, one was closed. I picked the $11 car wash and pulled into the dock. It started with the pre-rinse and then nothing. I had to go to the manual to finish. I then called and left a message to get my money back but have yet to hear anything. The machine said they would call back as soon as possible. A friend had the same issue and had a hell of a time getting his money back. Go somewhere else.
Looking forward to the unlimited car wash pass that is coming soon too!
