So I’ve been going to this car wash for years. I always use a coupon that is on the back of the receipt from Big Y. It saves me a couple bucks on the deluxe car wash. Out of the blue the attendant said we don’t accept these any more. He said we have a new owner and we have changed pricing and policies regarding coupons. Used to go all the time, then my SUV was not coming out clean so I thought it was probably the shape of the car. I now have a new small car so I went back to try again. I did middle of the road, not the most expensive but not the cheapest. I was very disappointed when I got home and saw white film still on my car. They must have changed products or something. It's a shame because I pass by there every day now to go to work and there is no way I will stop with the way my car came out last time.
