I recently had a distal biceps repair with Mr Chua, and the care was exceptional from start to finish. Ashlee from the office was welcoming, organised and incredibly supportive, making the whole process easy and stress-free. i recently had shoulder surgery with Dr. Chua and can honestly recommend Dr Chua and his office for any surgery Ash in the office was very easy to deal with and was always happy to support and answer any questions i had. Dr Chua on the day of the surgery made me feel calm and relaxed heading into surgery after i explained how nervous i was. Mr Chua helped me with a degenerative right shoulder, post an initial consult to assess my situation, I felt very comfortable with the information Mr Chua provided. Having had two successful knee replacements, I embarked on a similar preoperative programme to avoid/delay the imminent. I had 2 total knee replacements this year (8 weeks apart). I could hardly walk before having them done. I had needed these operations for many years but didn’t know which orthopaedic surgeon to go to. Mr Soong Chua was highly recommended by a friend who is medically trained himself. This is under my daughter’s account but, I just want to give Dr Soong a review for his professionalism and expertise. Without his professional input my almost 10 years of pursuit for bettering health and treatment will not be materialised after my bilateral shoulder injury.
