It saddens me to write this because I have been a LOYAL customer here for over 3 years. Typically come in every other week and a VERY big tipper. I've had the "regulars" that take care of my truck and the detailer/assistant manager that takes pride in his work. What upsets me is the fact that a human error occurred and I had to pay the price for someone else's mistake. Not intentional-\-\and I made that clear....but a mistake that needed to be fixed. RecommendedJust picked up my Chevy Silverado after it was detailed and they did a superior job. Could not be happier .
I’m here right now I won 6 free washes at a benefit I gave away the other 5 free car washes only to be told I have to pay 3$ for tire shine. What a Joke!!! I also had to ask them 3 times are you guys gonna vacuum my seats or just the floor Stingy extremely rude service I’ll definitely never come back I basically paid 42$ for my car to look slightly better than it did when I came in shame on this place. Never Again!!! Don’t waste your money here.
I go here because I feel comfortable here while they dry my vehicle by hand They do fantastic work! Thank you
