Came to my home to look at a leak coming from the main drain in my bathroom. Trued to explain several time where the leak was coming wasn't listening at finding other thing went to my sump pump held it down asked why he was doing that, that was not why i called. Reviews are too good to be true. Called the plumber as I had exterior drain clogged and frozen. Jean told me there is $150 diagnosis fee. Comes in next day, tells me that I need catch basin with sump with cost $9.5k. I said no, as this is too expensive. Please unclog and thaw the drain for now. First, he refused to put his snake in as he was scared that it will break. Then he said there is no pipe, and water is seeping into ground.
