I really don’t want to give a bad review. Unfortunately I have been trying to cancel my account since last year in June. However, they are still charging me $60 a month. I have called multiple time and left phones, but no reply. It’s been 14 months now. I hope they will reimburse me and cancel because I already moved.
I love it here!! Everytime I come everyone is so welcoming. Sophia Fierro was great!!! Everytime I saw her she had a big smile on her face & she was such a sweetheart!
You know I really want to like this Carwash and even gave them a second chance with no bad review. First issue was the Carwash “soft touch” brushes rubbed against my truck leaving surface scratches along the entire body line right above the doors the full length of the truck (what use could even cause this logically). I didn’t ask for much just a detail, buff and wax to have it rectified. They denied any wrong doing and wouldn’t cover anything. Photos attached of conversation and it was a joke.
