DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! This place is a freaking joke. There were a few times I went to my unit and the a/c wasn't working. It was cooler outside than it was inside... and it was 91° outside, so that should tell you something. My plastic totes started to bend and warp in the heat. That's BAD! In addition, the elevator is always broken, the gate is open in the middle of the night. Lastly, they raised prices 30% (without formally telling me), to "match market prices in the area".
