Mr. Scruff's is incredible! Ricci was absolutely amazing with our dog, Auggie while we were on vacation. Our dog is a rescue dog who is very anxious around people but Ricci was somehow able to bond with him on the first visit. Ricci kept us updated with texts, photos and videos to let us know how they were doing and left very detailed notes that we enjoyed reading when we got home. Eileen and Ricci took wonderful care of my German Shepherd, Luna. We’ve since relocated to Texas, but I know she misses them, and they certainly miss her! They’re 100% invested in their clients’ babies, whether furry, feathered, or...um, porcine? They’re amazing, intelligent, dedicated, hilarious people, and they unconditionally love all animals. Y’all rock, ladies!

Ricci is the absolute best pet care person that we have ever had! She has been visiting Hank for the past 3 years since we moved to Memphis. She is very responsive to our requests and Hank’s needs. We feel very secure when we are out of town and know that she is taking care of things. We are lucky to have her.

Ricci took wonderful care of my daughter's cat (who is with us this year) while we were away over the break. We received photos and messages updating us daily, and returned home to a happy cat and notes Ricci had taken each day. She also collected our mail and packages. They do this full time, and are connected to a local vet should your pet need care in your absence. This company does a meet and greet ahead of time for pets and their people, so that's nice, too!
