He promised me money off repairing the back of my phone if I wrote him a good review, which I did. Then he broke my phone, gave me a temporary phone which also broke in the middle of my iCloud backing up to the temp phone, and stalled when I asked for my phone back. Then kept my phone for 3 days and was mostly unresponsive when I told him I just wanted my hardware back. rude the guy on the phone wouldn't let me talk he just wanted to me to come in store and he wouldn't answer my questions (wasn't a-lot)
I got my iPhoneXR phone screens fixed because the screens were moderately cracked, but nothing too crazy and everything was still functioning perfectly fine. After fixing it the first time, the screen was a little splotchy. He gladly fixed it, but now the screen goes haywire 6/10 of the time I try to use it and now the faceID doesn’t work. I called the gentleman about it, he told me the solder joint to the Face ID came out and I had to pay someone else for it.
