We brought in a stray cat who sprayed all over my tile floors, we could not get rid of the smell no matter what we had tried. We decided to give Mr. Sandless a chance to help. They came in a cleaned and sealed the tiles and got rid of the smell! Thank You Mr. Sandless!

Mr. Sandless did a great job on my 1930s wood floors. When I bought my house we tore up all the carpets to reveal some dirty and beat up wood floors. Mr. Sandless was great and we didnt even have to deal with odors or multiple days of sanding! Thanks!
They did a great job on my floors! I had jsut bought my first house and the carpets were in bad shape. I pulled up the corner of the carpet to find I had wood floors underneith but I thought they needed to be sanded. I called Mr. Sandless because i was scared to sand because of the dust. I have asthma and so does my 1 year old daughter and the dust and fumes would cause us to have to postpone moving unto our new house until the floors were done and air was clean. Great company to deal with. Did my floors in just 1 day. They look great.
They were great. they gave me a price right over the phone and scheduled me in. At first i was hesitant with out having them look first, but they said the tech will go over the floor prior to service with no obligation. The floors came out exactly as the tech said they would if not better. I would highly recommend them. There is a great video on the website showing how they do it. mrsandless.com
