I am blown away by how amazing my 80 year old floors turned out! They are stunning. The guys were all wonderful to work with, respectful of my home, and patient when I struggled to choose my stain colors. I am so happy that I chose John and his crew.
We are very happy with the look of our hardwood floors after Mr. Sandless refinished and refined them. I highly recommend using this company as all parts of our experience with them including the initial consult, communication, and quality of work were first rate. From start to finish the job was done in a very timely manner, and we are pleased with the results.
We had an amazing experience with Mr. Sandless! Jon was so kind, communicated with us well, along with all the other guys too! Everyone was so professional and the project was exactly as expected (timeline wise, etc.). The floors in our 1948 hours look absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier with the outcome. So it's been about a month since the Mr. Sandless crew came through and refinished our floors 100 year old pine floors. Stunning! Way beyond my expectations. Hands down top tier work! And the best or worst part is that a week after they finished, we had a problem that required plaster cut out and repair. The floor looks brand new after 2 weeks of that dirty work. The whole team is fantastic, very professional and polite. It was a please having them in my house conducting this work, cleaned everything prior to leaving each day and took everything away when completed.
