Very Very Disappointed, one room turned out great and other two rooms were done so poor. We asked them to come back and fix them for over a month and a half with no shows and excuses. Our farmhouse has been in the family since 1869 and the floor were supposed to get redone so we could keep the legacy going and now they are wrecked. We requested to fix or send us a refund with no response. I would not recommend them. I ruined my cedar deck by trying to save money by staining myself. It was a disaster. I could not look at it another year. They sanded and stained and it looks wonderful . And priced reasonable for the amount of work to get it looking decent.
Crossroads Mr sandless Albert Lea did a great job on our kitchen floor, I love that it was done in 1 day! They simultaneously restained our older deck, and that has turned out well also. So glad we went this route!
These guys were very responsive, timely, and professional. They accommodated our needs very quickly taking care of dining, entry, stairs and large living space even patched nicely where needed these old floors were about 100 years old and look like new now. Thank You Troy
We haven't done anything with our floors since we bought the house 8yrs ago. They were really aweful looking. Tony and hs team from Mason City took care of our floors in 2 days. They were able to match the color of the floor to our existing baseboards for a seamless looking transit throughout the house. We absolutely love them.
