I was looking for a specific harness for a newer Toyota pickup truck. Was able to send a photo to John. They had it figured out that morning and dialed in by the next day. Being able to get this small part cut out made it so we didn't have to buy the entire harness. It saved us about 15 hours of labor. John was extremely helpful and polite. I've dealt with dozens of wrecking yards and this is the best one. Highly recommend them and their pricing.
Customer service was exceptional! John Thom helped me and went above and beyond what you would get elsewhere. This was my first time purchasing from Mr. R's and I highly recommend them for a wonderful experience!
Friendly sales staff knowledgeable, patient and delivery was very quick. Even with the snow storm that hit Colorado before I ordered the part... Still showed up on time. The Pinnacle PRO yard management software I hope also helped them secure sales and streamline productivity.
