Technician was very polite and professional. We did not wait very long for him to arrive and the issue was resolved very quickly.
Josh got down to the business at hand first explaining all he would be doing and invited us to ask any questions. he started to work and knew what he was doing. I would ask when I require service again. iYou certainly have a super employee in Josh!!
