Never showed up for appointment and could never get a status update
Christian Garcia came out to clear both the kitchen and bathroom sink lines that had been clogged for months. He found lots of stuff in the lines. But they are both draining freely now. I felt he was very trustworthy and honest in his estimate and work detail that needed to be done from the beginning. He was very kind and explained everything he needed to do as he went along. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Christian Garcia for plumbing needs.
Awesome company, will use again! Our water heater got damaged while a water remediation company fixed a leak in the garage and our water heater was not strapped in properly. Mr. Rooter Plumbing of The Woodlands Only was able to set up an appointment to give us an estimate and install a new water heater the same day! They were professional and helpful. They did an amazing job and were quick. They made an adjustment to ensure the water heater was secured properly. I highly recommend them .
