Called Mr.Rooter of Charleston for sewer drain cleanout for relative’s house. I called back when technician had not shown yet and was told ‘sorry, he had truck mechanical issue’. Later technician called to say he was en route. So arrived 2 hours later than expected. Technician courteous, went to work to diagnose with camera, quoted price and cleared what he could. Roots grown into pipe could not be removed with their equipment.

I most definitely would recommend to anyone. They came on a Sunday morning and looked to see what was going on and recommended their Jet to unclog and then use their camera. He did not charge me for coming out that day since I said yes to the Jet. I had been told by another plumbing company that I needed all new sewer pipes and that was going to cost a lot of money.
