We had our toilet stop working and called Mr. Rooter. Same day Sam Bailie came out and worked for hours on it. Unfortunately he was unable to fix it. He sent out his camera guy, Adem Riecken on Monday. He was able to identify the problem and set up the estimate. We then worked with Mallory in the main office who was so helpful walking us through the process. On Tuesday, Tehran Bay and his assistant came out and did the heavy lifting!
