had an emergency call to request help. they were excellent in immediately sending someone who was in turn very knowledgeable.
We called Mr. Rooter when our washer overflowed from a backed up drain, within an hour and a half Brad was at our house to clear the drain. After the snake he was using wasn’t getting through the valve to clear the clog on the other side, he drove back to their business to get a smaller one, and then finished the job! He was very transparent about what he was doing and about what the pricing was, we could tell he is a very kind person and an excellent plumber.
