They were great. They came out and scoped my line, cleared it and took video to show me the city line is horrible and possibly has a hole in it. I also had them put in an access as it is an old house and didn't have one above ground and that was pretty reasonable as they were already here and the hole had been dug by the home warranty company contractor they sent. Thank you Devin, Vinny, Ed and Frank.

I’m not sure how many times you need me to confirm an appointment—but after already confirming it multiple times, your automated system sent yet another last-minute confirmation I didn’t catch. Then no one shows up for an 8:00 AM appointment, leaving me hanging while I’m trying to get my babies ready. This kind of disregard for my time and energy is exactly what small business owners are constantly up against. We won’t be using Mr. Rooter again, and I won’t be recommending your services to others.
