Frederico came out promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. He repaired the problem and showed me one other issue. Very professional and I would use Mr. Router again.
Lee and the team did an outstanding job. I deeply appreciated their care, responsiveness and efficient work. It was a major job and they helped to make it as easy as possible for my family.
Luis Morales and Lee Benavidez are fantastic. Not only did Luis do an excellent job creating and installing water softener fittings, but both Luis and Lee also showed compassion by shoveling the large amount of shattered glass off my deck for me. The patio table on my deck was destroyed when a large umbrella fell on it. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing.
Rico and Steven explained everything that needed to be done. The transparency on what could possibly be needed was much appreciated and job was successfully completed.
