We began experiencing slow draining toilets and drains on a weekend with a house full of visitors during a trying time for our family. Amo, Miguel, Salvador, and Chava did a wonderful job getting us back functioning and then performing the right repair on a 63 house with deteriorating drains. They performed a trenchless pipe replacement and the diagnosis was spot on given the state of the pipe they replaced. We had a late night plumbing emergency.So we contacted Mr Rooter Plumbing of Ventura County. They sent out a Mr Vinney Alvarez who was prompt,polite,experienced and solved a difficult problem. Upon reflection we felt that Vinney was initially trying to sell us products and interventions that were expensive and which we did not need.This is obviously company policy.
