Kitchen at rental property had been giving us trouble for years, This time we called VCP&R and their technician Marc showed up. This sink has always been difficult to service because of design flaws in the house. Marc suggested we install an access point on the outside of the kitchen wall to make future service easier. Miguel is a fantastic guy. Came out on a Saturday to review a issue we were having. He advised me that he could get the part from a local store and install it for me since his suppliers were closed till Monday.. However he also advised me that if I was willing to wait till Monday he could get the part from his supplier at a cheaper cost to me with a better and longer warranty.
