Johnny Utz was on property within 2-3 hours, worked fast and expertly, fixed the problem, was a very nice man and the bill was reasonable! I’m 10/10 happy!

Wanted to verify there were no leaks with my toilet after having it fixed 3 times. Jason Chivarria, Plumbing Technician, did a thorough check and confirmed the third repair was done correctly and no leaks. He was. Wry courteous and said there was no charge for his assessment. If I have any plumbing issues in the foreseeable future, I will definitely contact him.

main water line from main valve to home broke 6' from street, called at 3pm, tech arrived at 4pm to assess,.back onsite at 9am done at 2. could not have asked for better response and service. landscaping put back like no work was done, had to dig a 3' deep trench. This was my 3rd and different service need. all excellent.

Was dealing with a blockage that had the water backed up. Jason came out, was very informative, worked quickly, and clearly communicated what the issue was and what potential next step may be.
