Robert came out for a plugged toilet. I plunged it, used the self-help from their as well as other sites I'd found- no go. (One reason I chose them is they GAVE possible solutions to remedy AND they were verified by other popular self help sites). Robert unplugged within a few minutes and they check water heaters. While I don't think it was imminent it would go out, he did mention issues I myself saw so rather than have it go out, I had it replaced. My mainline pipe was leaking. They were great to work with from beginning to end, they gave me the best price of all the estimates I received. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will definitely be calling them for any future repairs.
