GET A SECOND OPINION I was more than disappointed to waste my time and have to relocate my tenants for the night because according Mr. Rooter's technician, he couldn't get the snake to budge the block in my drain. We were informed that we needed expensive repairs to the tune of thousand of dollars - upwards of $2500 for the "temporary fix" of a turbo jet cleaning or $24K for the total sewer line replacement. Was supposed to have an appointment sometime between 10-2. 130 rolls around and I call to get an eta and they confirm my appointment is next and that I would get an eta soon. 230 rolls around and I call again. Now my appointment is 4-6pm, no notice no nothing. Customer service agent says I will get a call to confirm, never heard anything. No call, no email, no text. Basically was just dropped completely with no notice.
We had a very nasty backup in both of our bathroom occur the morning before Hurricane Milton. We had drainage backing up into our tub, shower, and between our toilets and the floor. We called Mr. Rooter immediately after the storm passed and Danny and Logan came out Saturday afternoon to snake all the lines and originally found a clump of wipes.
