Nick was great! Showed up on time and walked me through everything going on. Very helpful!
We bought a water softener at Menard's. It was to replace an existing rental. All the plumbing was there. We just needed to stub in a few extra inches as the new one is shorter. They were very prompt in getting out. We were quoted approx. $1,000. I paid the $50 service fee (that was fully disclosed upfront). They called back later to say it was misquoted and it would be $600. We had another plumber do it for $190.

Nick was professional and friendly. Very responsive to our initial problem and did quick trouble shooting to determine what was wrong before fixing it.
