After a water heater was installed I had a small concern about the leveling of the water heater. Mark Jacobs (owner) personally came to see the problem that I was talking about. Once he saw the problem he explained to me that the water heater platform in garage wasn’t properly built by house builder and he will take care of it. We scheduled the second appointment and he came back with his technician and placed additional plywood under the water heater and reattached the water lines.
