Leo came out on a Saturday to install a new water heater after my old one began to leak. He was clean and efficient. He pointed out some parts that were rusted and replaced them. I would definitely call again for other repairs. Being from Ventura, they didn’t make their appointed time which was unfortunate.
I found the service to be unorganized. Booking was confusing. The technician arrived late. The repair work felt rushed. I expected a better explanation. Communication was limited. The plumbing issue still exists. Overall, unsatisfactory.
We had a water leak in our master bathroom. The whole room was gutted so we started from scratch. Miguel and his guys installed kept us informed on there progress every day and did great work. I will definitely call them for any plumbing needs from now on.
I had a messy toilet problem. Joe showed up earlier than I thought that he would be here, which was a good thing. He looked very professional in his company suit and he set out to work immediately. He told me everything that he was doing, finished quickly and cleaned up immediately. I would definitely call him again.
