Joe Garcia and Lee Benavidez came out very quickly and were able to diagnose the leak, what was causing the leak. Joe went and got the parts and got everything repaired the same day. My mom and I really appreciated how helpful and clear they were with explaining everything.
We had excellent service from Luis and Lee, despite a frsutrating situation. Their service for the initial visit was fast and efficient, but once we realized we needed a new toilet, they helped ease the financial pain with a discount and absorbing the cost of the original work. Luis was very communicative while we waited for the parts to arrive and was professional and thorough in his job. So thankful that we chose Mr. Rooter!
Luis from Mr. Rooter was incredibly kind, polite, and clearly there to help. He took the time to ask personal questions to understand our situation, and I would definitely recommend him!
