Helped me with a solution for ground water problems which I appreciate, they finished 1/16/26. After project was completed I found an issue with water still coming out of a pipe next to my foundation which was part of the original project. I called the company starting on 1/23/26 numerous times to have it fixed and no one showed up and the issue still isn't fixed as of today 2/3/26. I will call someone else when I need a plumber in the future.

WARNING: If you value your sanity and hard earned money, PLEASE read this review carefully and thoughtfully and learn a lesson from our bad experience. We were in a vulnerable situation and needed help. According to their word, Mr. Rooter (a nationwide company) was properly equipped and licensed to complete our sewer line repair job (which included excavating on public property) in accordance with City of Reno requirements. I very much hope I'm done with Mr Rooter forever. After a sixty day saga starting with a failed attempt to make my tub drain quicker, we’ve had 12 appointments — seven of them cancelled and rescheduled, often with no communication from them. They replaced my bathtub drain assembly, cut clumsy holes in the walls of my Kitchen and laundry room, and eventually, made it so the bathtub drains correctly. Ryan showed up right on time and even though we had a few unanticipated delays, he stuck with it until the job was done. I also love that there was no bait and switch with this company. Most times the rooter guy shows up and it’s twice what they quoted. Will use them again, and again as I manage commercial properties.
