Mr. Terrance Johnson was absolutely fantastic. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Would recommend him to all my neighbors. Thank you!
I am very pleased with the service provided by Mr. Rooter Plumbing, but even more pleased with technician Justin Bragg and his teammates customer service. They called and text to let me know they were on the way. I like the fact that the text includes a picture. As single lady living alone, it's nice to know who I am expecting. He and his teammate were on time, extremely polite, and informative. Lastly, they were quick and left me with recommendations and options for future repairs. These guys were awesome! Work was performed 5 years ago to install a water heater. Had an issue with the heater than should have been covered under a 6 year parts warranty. Because the invoicing and paperwork was so poorly done, there was no record of the specific tank which means there is no warranty. When talking to the someone on the phone, I was told that the franchise was under new ownership and any records from the past were not available. Terrance was very professional and personable. We needed some leaks repaired under our crawl space. My husband is getting tired of crawling down there. He worked hard even had to go to Lowe’s to get a part to finish the repair and all this was in the rain. He wanted to be sure to make it right. We appreciate the extra effort and want to thank him for a job well done. He also gave options for future work, will definitely call on him for any additional work we need.
Great service and conversation from their tech. He was knowledgeable. Also, was able to catch a small leak that I hadn’t even been aware of. I was impressed, is all I can say and I will absolutely refer them to family, friends and neighbors.
