Alex was great at explaining the options I had and made quick work fixing my amateur mistakes. And I love the direct & clear communication with 'the office'.
Mr. Rooter was able to have technicians come to our home on the evening that we called due to leaking water from our kitchen down to our first floor. Both of the technicians were very friendly, professional and competent and explained why the the leak was happening and how they could fix it. It’s a classic case of “You get what you pay for” and this service call proved it again. We’ve been using this company since well before they became a Roto Rooter franchise. The service hasn’t changed but to be fair, the prices do seem to be higher. Still, the work is good and their people reliable. We will continue to use them at our home when we need plumbing help.
Alex, the technician, did a thorough job. Something the company we had before didn't. He explained things well and we saw the roots he pulled out. I highly recommend this company.
