Gave management almost 2 weeks to respond before I posted this review. I will start off by saying DO NOT let one of the Technicians go under the house where your drain pipes are at. Even if he insists. Do Not. I won’t put the name, since not sure what is worse in a review, putting the technician name or making it general. One of the technicians created an issue and wanted to charge us for the repair. Was quoting over $6,000 for the repair!!
