We scheduled a service visit for 11/27/2024. The service representative, Daniel, was supposed to arrive and call between 2 PM and 4 PM. However, by 4:45 PM, I had not heard from anyone, so I called the company. I was assured he would arrive soon and would call. From start to finish they were there to handle it all! He was very knowledgeable and walked me through step by step of the process and what it would potentially take to get our service issue handled. He even reached out and scheduled the additional companies needed to get the drilling and pavement done. He was adament about getting the issue resolved the same day and made it happen! Very happy with the service

We were dealing with very low water pressure, not being able to run more than one thing at a time and eventually having no water at all. After plumber nightmares thanks to our warranty co., we finally called Mr. Rooter-Abilene and got the job done quickly and properly. Josh*1 and Josh*2 were kind, professional, and knowledgeable in every way. From here out I will request them through the warranty co from the start. Thank you to everyone at Mr. Rooter who had a hand in this repair.... It's truly appreciated.

I would never ever use these guys, the charged over 700 to unclog a drain, problem is, they did not clear it, in fact another plumber came out video taped the roots in the drain… then I asked for a called back to stand by their service and off course no response….I fully intend to get my money back

Luke was very polite, very professional and very knowledgeable. He did exactly what he said he would do and finished in a timely manner. The best part is that he came out on a SUNDAY to fix our outdoor spigot that had a fast leak. The price was fairly reasonable too and he didn't tack on any repairs I didn't need. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Clearwater (Luke) and will refer them/him to all my friends and neighbors.

Heath was great! Professional. Smart (figuring out the source our drain problem wasn't easy -- I don't think an "average" plumber could have done it). Friendly. I couldn't have been happier.

Brandon and Gabe completed outstanding work over two days efficiently and responsibly. They recognized the importance of completing the work and went out of their way to do so. They both have engaging personalities. I highly recommend these two workers.

Mr rooter from Holyoke came and diagnosed the problem with our toilet. Alessandro was quick to find the issue. After discussing the toilet replacement he left to get the new toilet. He did a great job removing and replacing the toilet. He was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I think the entire job took him about and hour and a half the most. He is a great asset to this company

Mr. Rooter installed a hot water heater and within hours of the installation, the homeowner noticed a large hole in the wall behind the hot water heater (a picture was taken to document the damage). The homeowner called Mr. Rooter's office and informed Mr. Rooter's office of the damage and Mr. Rooter's office said the plumber will return.
