Had a clog that they were able to address in less than 24 hours - the plumber who helped us answered all our questions and helped us understand the plumbing in our house and what to look out for in the future given the age of our home. We signed up for their plan as it was cheaper than the service, we look forward to getting the assessment at some point to ensure we're not at risk of issues in the future.
